This document explains configuring the domain name software tools to support the SG (Singapore) domains. Please note that the name server information will not be extracted properly at present. We are working on fixing this.
Applicable to
1. Select the Edit > Top level Domain List from the menu or in case of the new versions right click on a domain and select Whois Setup > TLD & Whois Settings Editor.
2. Locate "SG" in the list of TLDs and click on it. If you are unable to locate "SG", you can add it to the list using the "Add" button after typing SG into the appropriate box.
3. Click Settings button
4. Specify the following settings
Whois Server: whois.nic.net.sg
Query Prefix:
Port: 43
Search Token: Domain Not Found(The query prefix entry should be blank)
5. Now click "Whois Server Settings...", then "Advanced Setup...". In the drop down box select "Domain Status Tokens". Then type in the following into the box below.
Domain Status:
Press OK.
6. Now click "Whois Server Settings..." > "Advanced Setup..." > "Date Format". Select DD-MM as the format. Press OK.
