Specify the whois server to use for any global or country code domain. You can also specify the text token that will determine if a domain is free.
Some whois servers support high speed lookups by adding a query prefix. This is also supported.
Note: In case of whois.crsnic.net, the query prefix domain is required and is not for high speed lookup.

Specify the connection settings for each whois server. Some registrars allow multiple connections and some don't. To be safe use 1 connection and an interval of 10-12 seconds.
You can also display the raw whois data after cleaning it up by removing some of the unwanted text at the start and end of the whois output text.

Minimize whois lookups by using DNS checks.
Verisign recently started redirecting the unregistered COM and NET domains to a web page of their own. This will create problems for high speed availability check that relies on unregistered domains not having a web site. Domain Name Analyzer Pro has been updated to automatically detect Verisign Site Finder IP address and ignore it. You can also add other IP addresses that should be ignored. This is useful if your ISP redirects unregistered domain names (e.g. AOL)

You can easily obtain the IP addresses corresponding to the websites of all the domains in your list.
