How often do you update your software products? What is the upgrade policy?

We update the software whenever a modification is required or whenever a new useful feature is possible. We are very fast with industry changes and updates are released within a few hours.

Upgrade Policy

We revised our upgrade policy in early 2004.

Currently free updates and support are guaranteed for 2 years after purchase or till the next major version is released (whichever is more). After the free update period you will be able to purchase an upgrade at a special price.

Prior to 2004 the free updates and support were guaranteed for 1 year after purchase or till the next major version is released (which ever is more).

Help! I lost my registration code!

We strongly recommend that you write down your registration code in a safe place.

Do you offer an affiliate program?

No, we do not operate an affiliate program. Our products are sold by more than one retailer and in some cases by other resellers, so it is not possible for us to offer an affiliate program at this time.

Do you offer custom software development?

We don't do custom software development. Registered customers can request modifications or value additions to existing software products. This will be done as part of the usual software update cycle.
