Is this a monthly service? Do I have to pay every month?

No, you don't have to pay every month. These are software products that you buy once and install in your own systems. You can use the software for as long as you wish. Any minor version updates we release are also free.

If we release a new major version of the software within one year of your purchase, you will receive a free upgrade to the new version. Otherwise you can purchase an upgrade at a special price. Please note that you can continue to use the version you purchased even if you decide not to upgrade.

If I have a single user license, Can I install the software in my laptop or second computer?

Yes, you can. Single user license simply means that only one user should be using the software at any time. Just make sure that two people are not simultaneously using the software.

Can I upgrade my single user license to site or multi user license?

Yes, you can upgrade your licence or software (from one product to another) at any time by paying the difference in prices. Just contact us with the details and we wil provide you the proper purchase links.
